Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General terms

1.1. This document defines the Company's policy with limited liability company "Yew Logistics" (hereinafter referred to as LLC «TIS LOGISTICS», Operator) in respect of the processing of of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy), drawn up in in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006. № 152-FZ "On personal data" (hereinafter - the Law on of personal data) and defines the processing personal data and security measures personal data undertaken by TIS LOGISTICS LLC.
